What is real, what is scripted, what we need
This is a front-end prototype. It opens from a folder, needs no server, and keeps one dataset in this browser. The transcript of our call was not available when it was built; the scope note was. Send the transcript and we will fold it in.
Real (computed live)
- One shared dataset for every role. A tick on Marites' phone shows on Omar's web page; an accepted extraction becomes a task, decision, date or medical fact everywhere.
- The transcript review: accept, edit, skip, low-confidence asks, sentence anchors and source chips all read and write the store.
- The number on the landing page and every figure on the app pages are counted from the data, not typed.
- Role scope: the permission matrix is enforced on every mobile screen, and refusals write to the audit log.
- Search, filters, sorting, pagination, bulk actions, duplicate detection, form validation, empty, zero-result, loading, failed, offline and denied states.
- The emergency card is generated from the vault and regenerates when a fact is added.
- Reset demo (prototype bar) restores the seed.
Scripted (staged for the demo)
- The AI itself. Extractions, summaries and Ask answers are authored for these three transcripts and twenty-four inbox items; typing a new question returns an honest "I don't have that".
- Plaud, Gmail, WhatsApp, Google Calendar and meeting-summary connections are shown as connected; nothing is fetched.
- The push notification on the morning brief and the retried upload are timed simulations.
- Audio playback, exports, printing, wallet passes and WhatsApp nudges raise a toast saying what would happen.
- The household (the Al Mansooris, Marites, Dr Nair, JESS, Mediclinic, AXA Gulf, Bin Hendi) is invented; the institutions are real Dubai names used for realism only.
- DHA / Malaffi and UAE PASS are named as the regime; no integration exists yet.
What we need from you
- The call transcript, so every requirement is traced to your words.
- Which channels come first: Plaud only, or Plaud plus personal email and WhatsApp from day one?
- Who the household members are and which of them should have their own access.
- Whether medical records should connect to DHA / Malaffi, or stay as documents you upload.
- Your confidence threshold: how often you want to be asked versus how much you want filed automatically.
- Where the data must live (UAE region assumed) and how long raw audio should be kept (90 days assumed).
- Whether a human executive assistant should be a fourth role with broader scope than the delegate shown here.
